Bluebells splash colour across London’s parks and woodlands
It may have been a dull spring so far, but London’s parks and gardens are now vibrant with awe-inspiring carpets of bluebells.
The seasonal display is a little later this year, but is making up for it with stunning breadth and variety.
You can find bluebells in locations large and small all around the capital. There’s a list below of some of the best spots…why not combine your trip with one of London’s green routes Discover London’s Best Green Routes for Walking, Cycling and Wheeling (cprelondon.org.uk) and make a day of it?
Don’t forget, bluebells are protected, so look after them by sticking to footpaths…
